Purpose

The exclusive purpose of this site is to present the apartment for rent. It is a showcase site providing detailed information about the property on offer, including descriptions, photographs, and possibly testimonials from previous tenants.

Site function

This site does not offer a direct booking system. All rental requests are redirected to the SR LOC website, which is the only company authorized to process reservations for the apartment presented. The role of this site is limited to presenting and directing visitors to the SR LOC platform.

Rental conditions

The general rental conditions, including rates, availability, reservation terms and conditions, and the reciprocal obligations of the renter and the lessor, are exclusively those established by SR LOC. In the event of a reservation, the renter must accept and comply with SR LOC's General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS).

Rental Conditions

Limitation of liability

The owner of the present site cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise in connection with the rental of the apartment. Any complaint relating to the rental of the apartment, the quality of the services provided, or the application of SR LOC's GTCS, must be addressed directly to SR LOC. The owner of this site declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with SR LOC's terms and conditions by the renter.

Intellectual property rights

All content on this site, including text, images, photographs and other material, is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction of these elements is strictly prohibited.

Modifications to the Conditions

The owner of this site reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Visitors are invited to consult these conditions regularly to keep abreast of any changes.
